1. What are the Riefler terms of delivery?
Riefler delivers the desks fully assembled, free of charge to the place of use and we take back all the packaging material (cardboard boxes).
Oversized desks are delivered disassembled. The final assembly has to take place at the customer. Should this be carried out by one of our sales members or an employee of the carrier, then, these costs will be listed in advance in our offer.
Customers can, of course, carry out the final assembly themselves.
2. Will the customer be informed about the time of delivery?
The carrier will inform you in advance about the time of delivery either by phone or email.
3. How long is the delivery time for furniture?
You will receive information about the date of delivery for your order in our order confirmation. Of course, we will do our best to deliver the order as quickly as possible.
4. Which adjustment range do you recommend?
With a height of up to 190 cm, it is most sensible ergonomically for the highest position of the adjustable desktop to be between 120 cm and 124 cm. We will be pleased to advise you on suitable solutions for taller people.
You can find your own highest position for the desktop by standing upright with slightly relaxed shoulders, your feet are firmly on the ground and the forearms are bent at a 90° angle.
5. Is it possible to order height-adjustable desk frames without the desktop?
Of course, we also can deliver only the Riefler height-adjustable supporting frames with which you can upgrade the desks that you already have. Should you not want to carry out this conversion yourself, we will be happy to make you a service offer.
6. What desktop shapes do you offer?
We offer a variety of desktops of different shapes. These are presented on our website for each of the four design ranges. However, should you wish to have an individual shape, we are able to produce this according to your drawings with dimensions without any increase in price even for a single desk. The price of a desktop of a similar size from the Riefler range will be used to calculate the cost. This service is only available at Riefler.
7. Is it possible to test the advantages of a height-adjustable desk?
For orders of a single desk or small orders, you can, as a customer, make use of your return right within 30 days should you not be convinced of the advantages of the height-adjustable desk. When we furnish companies, we are happy to provide an height-adjustable desk for extensive testing.
8. Does Riefler also plan complete office furnishings?
As a competent partner to industry, we plan complete office furnishings. To do this, we need the floor plans of your building. For a single office, a sketch of the room with measurements is sufficient. Our experienced Riefler service will willingly provide you advice on-site.
9. Where can I find technical details about the height-adjustable desks?
Detailed technical information to our products is available on our website under the rubric "Technical Details" of each of the various models.
10. Does Riefler offer volume related discounts for large orders?
We can offer discounts for orders of large quantities. Please indicate the required quantity with your inquiry. We would be delighted to present you with an attractive offer.
11. Does Riefler deliver to private persons?
Of course, you can buy our products as a private person.
12. What are the measurements of the CPU holder, cable grommets, cable ducts, privacy panels, socket strip and the monitor swivel arm?
CPU holder: height 29 - 52 cm, width 12 - 23 cm, material is sheet steel, powder coated, silver, raster technology

Cable grommets: 8 cm, silver, plastic, rotatable

Horizontal cable duct: 115, 137, 154 cm, powder coated steel, silver, drop down on both sides

Vertical cable duct: length 130 cm, flexible, plastic, 2-chamber system, steel base plate

Privacy panels: 45 cm deep, for desks with a length of 80 to 200 cm, powder coated perforated sheet steel, silver

Socket strip: for furniture, 6 sockets, 5 metres of cable, can be mounted in the cable duct or under the desktop

Monitor swivel arm: for one or two monitors, can be adjusted with one finger, up, down, forwards and backwards, rotatable monitor, maximal comfort
